Shipping costs and details
Payment due at time of sale. I use Etsy, Paypal, Venmo, and eBay.
Shipping I ship orders out either immediately or when the jewelry is finished being made. I send it through regular USPS mail. You have the option to upgrade your shipping preference at check out. Once the package is shipped, it's in the Postal Service's hands from there.
Refunds & Exchanges All sales are final. However if you are not pleased with what you received or it arrived damaged, contact me and I will make it right. Email: Beccajs@gmail.com Please note that I don't accept canceled orders because it costs me every time someone changes their mind.
Jewelry Care Keep your guitar pick jewelry in a cool and shady place. Jewelry may warp or even melt if left in the direct sun or if ran through the washer or dryer. Remove earrings before showering or swimming.
Pick Up is available for orders. You must live locally and allow one hour to prepare the order.
